Mac lipstick

I recently went to the Trafford Centre, in Manchester to pick up a few bits and bobs. I went with a goal set in my mind to get my first ever mac lipstick, which I did. I picked it up in the shade, Peach Blossom, which has a cremesheen finish. After doing a little research into the mac lipstick finishes, I thought that the cremesheen would be best for me. They have a really creamy consistency, which allows it to sit on the lips comfortably, without drying your lips out. It also has a lipgloss shine, but without the stickiness lip glosses bring along with them, which is the most annoying thing ever when you have long hair. However, one thing I wish could be improved is how long they stay on your lips, for me they stay on for around two hours and start to fade, which isn't to bad but being at school I can't reapply all the time. However overall I really like this mac lipstick and I will definantly be buying more in the future.

Healthy nails

Healthy nails x

So from a retired full time nail biters point of view i know how hard stopping a habit such as nail biting can be.Right from an age i can't even remember until the end of last year, day in and out i would sit and gnaw away at my nails. In assembly, form, dance, everywhere to be honest. It was only when i had my middle school prom and decided to have shiny pink acrylics on that i thought about the damage i had caused to my nails.Peeled, short and gross i decided to make a change.Haha laughing to myself about how cringe that last sentence was.Anyways heres a few tips and products that I used:

1.) The first step to stop is by making your nails look pretty but taste horrible. Now you might be wondering what I a mean but after you see the first product you'll understand.

This product, when applied to nails, makes everything taste horrible.EVERYTHING.Your food, your lips anything else you eat really. So even though it does make everything horrible try to perserver because your nails will look great afterwards. Also I can't remember how much it cost but it was from boots.

2.) Sometimes when the habit is quiet bad the first product doesn't work that great because eventually the taste becomes normal.Well it did for me anyway. So I suggest the Sally Hansen maxim growth polish. Not only does it give your nails a nice shine it works pretty fast, just be careful not to apply to much of it.

I believe this product is around the £6-£10 mark and is from boots but you can get it in super drug to.

3.) My third and final trick/idea? Is the Sally Hansen maximum growth cuticles, this gives your nails a soft feel but seems to work well when combined with bullet point 2^.Also add colour to your nails, because who wants to bite them when the look so pretty, and I know it's not very healthy for your nails which kinda defeats the object of this blog? Whoops haha but practise makes perfect and who wouldn't want pretty coloured nails.

Anyways that's it for this post, thanks for reading I hope it helped or passed your boredom for a few minutes.

Healthy Hair!

Hey!
This blog post is going to be my top tips on keeping healthy hair. In no ways am I an expect or am I claiming that I know anything about hair, but there are just some personal tips that work for me.
DISCLAIMER: I am not saying I have 'PERFECT HAIR' in anyway, because i don't in my opinion.

I have long blonde hair which is quite thick. Blonde hair is a pain in my experience because even when you haven't dyed your hair, you seem to have roots! Anyway back on the point of this post, haircare! These are some of the things i do to maintain healthy hair.

What I do when I wash my hair,
To begin, before I wash my hair I always brush it with my favourite hair brush ever, the tangle teaser, which i will talk about further on down this post. I do this to reduce the amount of tangles I have after I have washed my hair. In the shower the first thing that I do is apply my shampoo but I only but it on the roots and scalp of my hair. The ends of your hair don't require to much shampoo and this way the shampoo will run down to the ends of your hair.

After, I then apply my conditioner to only the mid-lengths to the ends of my hair and leave it on for around 5 mins. After it has been on for 5 or so minutes I then wash it of with warm water, followed with a blast of cold water. this seals the moisture in your hair and and a nice shine. NEVER BRUSH YOUR HAIR WHEN IT IS WET! This will cause breakage to your hair.

Another thing you can do to keep nice hair is to reduce how much you use heat. sleep with your hair wet in braids and in the morning your hair will have wavy hair, plus you won't need to use heat in the morning.

Also, I have used 'A Tangle Teaser' since the age of about ten, when my hairdresser used to use it on my hair. I was so surprised at hiw my tangles came out, how smooth my hair felt after using it and how gentle it was on my hair. Since then I have always had one in my drawer and I would never go back to using a normal brush again. they are around £10 and you can get them from the internet or in stores like, top shop, boots and urban outfitters.

I know most of this which i have just told you, you might already know, but if i helped just one person thats all i care about.

Daily Makeup!

Welcome back! These are just the products I usually as my daily makeup routine.

To begin, I store my favourite makeup pieces in these acrylic separaters which are very popular
on blog posts and youtube. I got mine from amazon, but you can get them from places
such as, txmax, bandm, amazon and eBay.

To begin, I always apply my primer, some people don't see the point in primer
but I can see a massive difference to my skin when I don't use it . As soon as
I apply it my skin feels smoother and looks more awake. You can get this from
superdrug and boots for around £5.

My favourite foundation recently has been the 'Stay Perfect' by No7. As I have
pale skin no7 is great as they colour match your skin. As usual I am the
lightest shade 'calico'. However, it stays on all day and does not look cakey on dry skin.

Next, I apply my Rimmel 'stay Matte'. I aren't going to ramble on about this
becayse there are many reviews of this on the internet, but all I can say is
that it is a god sent.
skin.

I use this bronzer purely because it smells like chocolate! It's amazing! It's a
natural splash of colour to brighten up pale skin, like mine.

These colour tattoos are great! They stay on all day ans are so easy to apply
in a rush. I find them great to use of school days, when I don't have time
to do any fancy eyeshadow. I just pop this on and it looks like I have put effort in
to my eyes.

Ever since I got this from the clothes show live, I have used it since! It
separates my lashes, as well as making them long. After I have used it
my eyelashes look like I have added lashes, I love it!

Many people on YouTube mention this and it's the 'lasting perfection' concealer
In 'fair'. You can get it from boots or superdrug for only £4!

This is the 'Sexy Mother Puker' lipgloss from Soap and Glory. Before
I had this I didn't realise a lipgloss could be so pigmented! It also doesn't do that
Annoying thing where your hair gets stuck to your lips, who else hates that?!

That is everything i use for my everyday makeup look aswell as a sneaky peak of my makeup collection.
I hope you enjoyed!

My small lush collection!

Hi, this is my first ever upload so if it isn't perfect, I'm sorry.

Let's begin!
This is my lush collection, which I know isn't to big but it's a start.

This is a Sakura pot from ikea which I store my favourite lush products in, of the particular time. There are really cheap and it's an easy way to decorate your room.

This is the Tisty Tosty bath bomb, which smells like freshly cut roses. To use this and any other bath bombs you simply drop it in your bath of water and watch the explosive experience take place. This leaves your bath smelling gorgeous.

This is a bath bomb, just like the one above. This smells like vanilla with a hint of mint. This is more of a skin smoothing product rather that a 'fun' one.

Now on to bubble bars. To use these you take how ever much you want (I usually take about half) and crumple it under a running tap, to reveal the bubbles. This one is the pop in the bath, which leaves your bath a beautiful pink colour.

Next is a shower jelly, this one is the sweetie pie one which smells like cherries and coconut. To use this just take a small chunk of the jelly and rub all over your body.

This is the sea vegetable soap and the seaweed helps to soften your skin. It's smells like fresh lemon and lavender.

Finally is this beautiful 'out of this world' parcel. Inside it has the rock star soap and the space girl bath bomb.

I really like the smell of this soap and it is sweet but fresh at the same time. It leave your skin feeling super soft!

This is one of my favourite bath bombs ever! It leaves your bath looking amazing! I would deffinently recommend you to buy this bath bomb.
